Seasoned Internet Mortgage Leads: 30-90 days out from application, these leads are typically sub-prime and great for any programs you may have for special needs mortgage holders. The cost $.50-$1.00 per lead, based on the volume you are looking for. Minimum volume is 500 leads.

Exclusive Mortgage Appointments: Each appointment is set by one of our experienced telemarketers and is 100% exclusive to your company. The appointment lead consists of a short 10-03 application followed by a time/date that is set with the client for a follow up call. These leads are guaranteed to be interested in a refinance and come with a 100% return policy for any reason relating to their interest in a refinance. We do not solicit mobile or manufactured homes and we guarantee rates 1/2% above prime. These leads are sold in blocks of 25 for $60 per lead or 50 for $50 per lead.

Direct Mail Marketing: We custom tailor your mail piece to your specific audience offering an opportunity to refinance, streamline, or consolidate their loan through a self-mailer, 'tax' return mailer, or 'confidential' mailer. We also offer custom mail pieces like 'snap-pack' W-2 form mailers as well as any other mailing option you may want to put together. In today's direct marketing industry, standing out is key.

We always tell our clients not to just think in terms of rate and term, but to think about situations and how to appeal to the needs that mortgage holders experience. The cost on a direct mail campaign would range from $3,500-$15,000, depending on how many people we are looking to target. Optimum results tend to occur at 10,000 or more mailers for the simple reason that you are contacting a larger audience in a short period of time. The cost on a typical mailing of this size is approximately $5,500-$6,000, which includes postage and mailing costs.
